Enforcing Underage Drinking Laws Block Grants Program
The Enforcing Underage Drinking Laws Block Grants Program (EUDL Program) funds block grants to all states and the District of Columbia to enforce state laws prohibiting the sale of alcoholic beverages to minors and to prevent the purchase or consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors.

Juvenile Accountability Block Grants Program
The Juvenile Accountability Block Grants (JABG) Program is authorized under the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968, as amended (42 U.S.C.). To apply for FY 2010 JABG funds, participating states must follow the application process detailed in this solicitation. The JABG Program supports state and units of local government in their efforts to strengthen their juvenile justice systems.

Second Chance Act Adult and Juvenile Offender Reentry Demonstration Projects
The Second Chance Act will help ensure the transition individuals make from prison, jail, or juvenile residential facilities to the community is safe and successful.

Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) Training and Technical Assistance Continuation Program
Provides funding to support a national training and technical assistance program for state and local CASA programs. The award for this program was made through a competitive process in 2009 for a multi-year project period with annual supplemental funding. OJP has determined that the project period for this program will be 3 years. FY 2010 is year 2 of the project period. The National Court Appointed Special Advocates Association, headquartered in Seattle, WA, is the only eligible applicant for this continuation funding.

Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) Membership and Accreditation Continuation Program
Funds a national membership, accreditation, and subgrant program for state and local CASA programs. The award for this program was made through a competitive process in 2009 for a multi-year project period with annual supplemental funding. The Office of Justice Programs determined that the project period for this program would be 3 years. FY 2010 is year 2 of the project period. National Center for Missing and Exploited Children Program
The purpose of this solicitation is to invite the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children to apply for funds authorized under 42 U.S.C. 5773(b) to operate as the official national resource center and information clearinghouse for missing and exploited children. OJJDP will not process any other applications.

Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force Continuation
The Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force Program seeks to maintain and expand state and regional ICAC task forces to address technology-facilitated child exploitation. OJJDP will not accept applications from applicants who are not currently receiving funds under the ICAC Task Force Program.

Title II Formula Grants Program
This program supports state and local efforts in planning, establishing, operating, coordinating, and evaluating projects directly or through grants and contracts with public and private agencies for the development of more effective education, training, research, prevention, diversion, treatment, and rehabilitation programs in the area of juvenile delinquency and programs to improve the juvenile justice system.

Title V Community Prevention Grants Program
Title V focuses on reducing risks and enhancing protective factors to prevent youth at risk of becoming delinquent from entering the juvenile justice system and to intervene with first-time and nonserious offenders to keep them out of the juvenile justice system.

Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force National Training Program
OJJDP seeks to identify training providers to serve the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force Program. The state and regional ICAC task forces work collaboratively as a national network of law enforcement and prosecutorial agencies that prevent, interdict, and investigate technology-facilitated child sexual exploitation and Internet crimes against children. This Program furthers the Departments mission to provide training and support in this area of constantly-evolving technology.
