| FY 2006 Congressional Earmark Program | | The OJJDP FY 2006 Congressional Earmark Program was established to provide grants, cooperative agreements, and other assistance authorized by the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act of 2002 to organizations identified in Public Law 109–108, the Science, State, Justice, Commerce, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2006.
