| Strengthening Youth Mentoring through Community Partnerships | | This solicitation invites applicants to propose initiatives that will increase local communities' capacity to develop and implement mentoring programs and provide mentoring services, particularly to populations of at-risk youth who are underserved due to location, shortage of mentors, special physical or mental challenges, or other situations identified by the community in need of mentoring services. | All applications are due by 8:00 p.m. E.T., on June 20, 2008.
