Topics covered include: overview and investigation of fatal child abuse and neglect, crime scene and forensic evidence, interviewing/interrogation, medical aspects, prosecution, and case management. Length of program is 4-1/2 days.
Target audience: Law enforcement, child protective services, medical professionals, and other juvenile justice system professionals involved in the investigation of fatal child abuse and neglect. Maximum of 2 participants per agency. |
